Mission to Motivate Director, Tracey Willmott, is a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and a qualified coach and member with the International Coaching Federation, and an NLP Practitioner. Tracey has a wealth of operational, training and human resource experience at various manager and director levels.

Tracey was Human Resource Development Director with Aramark a global facilities company before founding and co-running award winning Eat the Elephant training and development company in 2004. That success and a continued hunger and passion to support businesses improve their people results with positive thinking, coaching and training and development was what led Tracey to establish Mission to Motivate. During her career, Tracey, has also worked for other consultancies with experience in Europe and Canada. Tracey has worked on projects for corporate blue-chip companies and medium sized businesses including Walt Disney, a well know European credit card company, Whitbread; Central England Co-operative, Shepherds Bush Housing Group, Virgin Trains, Dignity Funerals and Webb Hotel Group to name a few.
Our approach means we like to spend time getting to know you and your business, allowing us to offer training and development interventions that will create a positive people difference and change, to make a measurable difference.
