Tracey Willmott – Director and Coach
The founder of Mission to Motivate, Tracey’s passion, energy and drive for excellence in positive people development has seen her offering quality and innovative activities in leadership training, development and coaching initiatives. A champion of gold standard delivery, Tracey is a true entrepreneurial and resilient leader; who has shared her knowledge, expertise and experience across all kinds of businesses and sectors.
Tracey has worked with a varied client list of leaders and managers spanning retail and leisure, facilities management, housing associations, finance and government organisations. Her coaching and leadership development work is recognised as creative and empowering, creating awareness that leads to positive actions and ultimate individual and business success. She has worked in partnership with many businesses to identify priority areas of organisational development, that will make a positive and lasting difference. This collaborative approach assists in redefining strategic vision, improving performance and developing the personal ability of teams using facilitated learning and coaching as a foundation to challenge, focus and motivate.
Tracey’s extensive experience has been established over 25 years working in operational management; learning and development and Human Resources roles. Prior to her running her own businesses she was HRD Director for a global facilities management organisation. She is also a Fellow of the CIPD and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Catherine Hamilton – Facilitator and Coach
Catherine specialises in leadership development with experience in coaching and facilitating learning interventions to CEO level. She is an engaged, thoughtful and challenging developer of people. She has an operational background and management experience of technical and dispersed teams.
Catherine has successfully managed large scale change programmes, and designed/facilitated many leadership and management interventions based on her own experiences and working across sectors. Programmes include building relationships, leadership skills, communications, inclusion and diversity, change and personal impact.
Catherine works with Mission to Motivate to deliver leadership and development programmes, coaching programmes on a 1:1 and small group basis, she specifically favours experiential learning, where the application to workplace is followed through. She bases her development ideas on real scenarios and tailors these for specific clients and learning outcomes. Catherine is passionate about developing others and providing accessible and memorable learning.
Catherine holds an honours degree in sociology, a coaching diploma, is MBTi and SDI accredited and specialises in helping others raise their self-awareness and supporting choices and development to change behaviour through coaching and facilitation.
Jay Acharya – Facilitator and Coach
Jay’s areas of expertise with Mission to Motivate lie in Leadership development, coaching, sales and marketing, and culture Change. As well as these, Jay is an accomplished motivational speaker and has been invited to speak at many conferences such as Leadership in Education.
With almost 20 years of experience, Jay is seen as a forward-thinking inspirer within people development. Over his period in development he has worked with a variety of industry sectors such as; insurance, manufacturing, retail, social sector, foreign and local government, education, and airlines.
Jay has worked strategically with many mainstream companies, influencing large scale change projects and major training initiatives from front line staff to executive level.
He make a measurable difference with clients and positively influences behaviour change to improve results.
Jay is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel (FCIPD), a Fellow of Chartered Management Institute (FCMI), a Fellow of the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning (FITOL) and a Fellow of Institute of Leadership and Management (FInstLM).
Alison Hallford – Facilitator and Coach
Alison is an experienced training professional who provides high quality training and development to a range of clients from small businesses to large multinational companies. She specialises in management and personal development, leadership skills, and facilitation. She also has considerable experience in the design and delivery of a variety of workshops, programmes and development centres to enhance the skills, knowledge and attitude at all levels within the business environment. The approach taken to development is dynamic, inspirational and fun – using techniques such as NLP and accelerated learning.
Alison has a BA (Hons) in Economics and Sociology, is a Member of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development, NLP Master Practitioner, and Qualified Coach with the Institute of Leadership and Management.
Clare Clydesdale – OD Project Manager; Facilitator & Coach
Clare is a ‘specialist’ in the field of training and development, having experience of working at all levels within the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. An excellent consultant, facilitator, coach and manager, who has played a key role in developing strategy, managing business projects, supporting and driving change, and more deeply, in growing leadership capability.
Clare’s career experience includes, key business projects, developing and implementing competences across an organisation, business process improvement, quality reviews including investors in people. Developing and implementing induction and succession planning initiatives and designing and developing e-learning strategies and solutions in line with organisational needs.
She has also been involved in designing implementing and managing talent programmes, including selection, assessment, orientation and content initiatives and performance analysis, providing criteria for modelling excellence and developed and implementation of strategy and policy. She has 22 years direct training experience in a wide range of leadership and personal development subjects, performance coaching and facilitation (up to and including senior management level) managing and participating in the training process of identifying needs, design and delivery of appropriate solutions.
She has project managed several companywide leadership programmes from senior managers through to 1st line managers, that have supported and challenged leaders to understand and demonstrate the behaviours and approach needs to meet future business challenges.
Clare takes a partnership approach to developing learning solutions that facilitate change and performance improvement, designing and deploying innovative and effective professional development solutions, inspiring others with energy and personal ‘commitment’ drive.
Amanda Jackson – Facilitator & Coach
Amanda specialises in sales performance training and coaching as well enhancing the overall productivity of sales teams. She is passionate about ensuring the learning from the training room is carried through into the workplace to ensure a sustained change in behaviour.
With over 13 years’ experience in training, coaching and business management, Amanda has worked with a variety of people of all levels to achieve tangible business outcomes. She works with people who have sales as their main role as well as people who need to increase their selling skills in order to exceed their business objectives.
Working with Mission to Motivate, Amanda delivers bespoke training around sales, sales management, performance management and day to day productivity of sales teams. She also offers performance coaching to individual clients as well as in group situations.
Amanda has a BSc hons degree in Management and sport science as well as being qualified by the Institute of Learning and Management for Coaching. She is an accredited Insights Discovery Client Practitioner so understands the psychology of self-understanding and how to help people recognise their preferences and those of others to increase their communication skills and team working effectiveness.
Sarah Tomson-Business Support Manager
Sarah has worked in learning and development support roles for over 10 years. Sarah’s approachable manner allows her to establish client relationships quickly and effectively.

Joanna is still studying alongside work and is using and honing her business skills in supporting administration and customer services at Mission to Motivate.
