Offering support and challenge, it helps clarify what someone can achieve, identify their own personal blocks and overcome the challenges along their chosen path.

Coaching is not advising, telling or influencing; ‘doing it for people’.

We will work with you to establish your specific development needs and then support the development of your goals. Goals will be stretching, motivational, and challenge people to achieve greater personal success. Importantly, we will work to move you forward.

Our One-to-One coaching and coaching skills workshops ensure that genuine shifts in behaviour and advances in capacity are created. We work with people to give them future focus.

Positive people results are seen in sustainable improvements in performance, development, team dynamics and business effectiveness.

icfWe are highly skilled in adapting to meet individual needs and challenges and are approved and accredited by the International Coach federation (ICF). We energise and inspire others to discover their potential, ensuring learning and behaviour can be transferred seamlessly to the workplace and or the individual’s personal lives.


We have the option of using people profiling and emotional intelligence tools to support coaching interventions. These help people to be more self-aware and ‘flex’ their approach.

We work with individuals usually on 6 sessions across an agreed period that works for the person concerned.
