Putting your people at the heart of your business success

We are an energetic and passionate team who believe in the outstanding benefits of positive people training and development; and coaching.  We help our clients to make a positive difference by working with them to define training, learning and development needs; and outcomes. We believe that all training and development works best when we start with the end in mind.

Unlike many consultants or providers, our people development team stay around to ensure learning and development is sustainable and followed through. This makes us a trusted, ‘external – internal’ partner helping you implement your talent and people strategies.  It is important to us that when we hand the baton back to your managers and internal training and development specialists we work with you to ensure you are in the best place to monitor and ensure continuous improvement; and sustainability. We deliver results that make a measurable difference.

Our office is based in the Midlands – Lichfield, Staffordshire.  We are ideally placed to work throughout the whole of the UK. Let’s have a conversation today!

  • Jay’s delivery was engaging and excellent involving all members of the team.
We were able to divert to other relevant areas whilst keeping on track.
Thanks for a great day I can use with my teams.

  • “Tracey helped me to refocus on what makes me excited and helped me understand what’s holding me back. She inspired me to hold myself to account which made sure I followed through on my ‘take-aways’ from each session. “

  • “ I have undergone leadership and management development with Tracey Willmott, which consisted of several one to one coaching sessions. The sessions have given me a greater understanding of my impact in the workplace and how to make this a more positive one. It has given me a greater understanding of the leadership role.”

  • “We wanted to plan to look at different ways to resolve issues we have. Some of the tools today like random word, and nominal group techniques amongst others were fresh and practical approaches to support decision making.”
